Step by Step Process to Apply for NDA 2020 Examination

The NDA application is Rs 100, but, SC/ST applicants/Sons of JCOs/NCOs/ORs will be exempted from paying the fees. Documents needed to fill the application form

Before filling the application form of NDA, studentsneed to keep the following docs ready.

·         Scanned images of phots& signature

·         Photo-identity card in PDF

·         Bank details for online transaction

·         Marksheet and admit card details of Class 10 and 12


How to apply for NDA?

NDA 2020 application form could be filled in two different parts: Part I & II. The step by step information to fill both the aspects of NDA application form 2020 is mentioned below:

NDA Application Form 2020– Part I

The part I registration is separated into four pages: student’s registration, opting the preferred branch, verifying information and creation of registration ID. Check here the steps in order to fill Part I of the NDA 2020 application form.

Page 1 – Student’s registration

Students will have to enter their personal information, address, and academic credentials. In the personal details part, students will have to fill up their name, father’s name, date of birth, mother’s name, nationality, Aadhaar number, fee remission enabled, community, marital status, and so on. There will be four choicessuggested by the drop-down menu to choose educational qualification. Students need to put their whole address, email ID and contact details. 

Page 2: Choosing the branch

·         Applicants need to pick their branches - Air Force and Navy, Indian Army

·         Mark your choice in the order 1 to 4

·         Students also need to enter Whether Student of Sanik/Military School or Son of JCO/NCO/Other Rank Officer?

·         Click ‘Continue’ for the next page

Page 3: Verify the credentials

Students should verify the credentialsentered by them in the NDA 2020 application form. No modification will be permitted after the submission of NDA 2020 application form. After verifying the credentials, agree to the terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox.

Page 4: Generation of registration ID

The system showed the registration ID. The page additionally shows other credentialslike name, father’s name, email id, DOB, etc. With this, the Part I registration will be completed. The registration ID is even sent to the student’s registered email ID.

NDA Application Form 2020– Part II

In part II, students need to pay the fees of application, choose the exam centre, upload scanned copies of photograph and signature.

Fee Payment

·         Candidates can pay their fee via cash/credit card/debit card or net banking

·         Those who opt for ‘Pay by Cash’ mode need to take the printout or Pay-in-slip amid the Part-II registration. They must deposit the required fee at the counter of SBI on the following working day

·         Students need to note that once they pay the application fee it will not be refunded

·         Selection of examination centre

·         Students should choose NDA 2020examination centre

Before submitting the NDA 2020 application form, students mustclick on the agree to the declaration and submit the application form. Students can see the application form by clicking View/Print button.
